Sepilok Orangutan Sanctuary

On the way from Mt. Kinabalu to the jungle we had an overnight stop 5 minutes from the famous orangutan sanctuary. We arrived in good time time to witness the 10am feed and besides a lot of irritating wild monkeys we got to enjoy about half an hour of orangutan acrobatics. Nature then decided to show us exactly why a rain forest is so named and everybody including the animals ran for cover.
